Welcome to Compass Pointe! This waterfront Rockport rental home has two amazing patios, an outdoor kitchen and more. Plus, it's perfectly located close to Rockport Beach, Estes Flats, Redfish Bay and Port Aransas Beach!

Here, you will love the open floor plan and windows! Step outside on the top deck and enjoy coffee, lunch or dinner with seating for eight! Keep an eye out for dolphins that frequent the canal, too! You will love the breeze and protection from the west sun in the afternoon. Our outdoor area is second to none!

Cozy up on the couch in the living room with friends and family, there is plenty of seating for everyone! Our 60' TV in the living room is a hit for movies and sports with plenty of options through DIRECTV.

The top floor is the main living space with the kitchen, three bedrooms, living room and dining area. What you will love about our home is its unique floor plan! Downstairs you will find a mini suite, bathroom and a large patio with an outdoor kitchen. This space is great for kids or another couple that want their space. You would never know they are there!

Bringing a boat or several cars? We have one of the largest driveways in the neighborhood, with plenty of parking!

The damage deposit is $600 and will be applied for broken items or extra cleaning if needed. Disruptive guests will be removed from the property.

Lawn mowing service takes place weekly, we appreciate your patience with our crew during this brief period.

Great house for family!

The house was amazing, very nice, decorated so cute. It had plenty of space for us all. We enjoyed the patios, did some fishing, played games, and relaxed in the spacious living area. It's a great home for a group. And located close to 2 of our favorite restaurants!!

Exceptional Property in Rockport

We very much enjoyed our stay in this high-end rental with a fabulous outdoor area, big bedrooms and exceptional cleanliness. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Location is optimal to many fishing spots ad Corpus as well. Host was excellent with great communication. Great showers, kitchen, outdoor grill, etc. I recommend this property whole heartedly!!

Home is within driving distance to many good restaurants and activities and is conveniently located near the Port Aransas Ferry. Host was very responsive to our inquiries, we had zero issues. Home is clean, neat and appears to be newer with current furnishings and decor. Excellent TV in living room, with Direct TV and Netflix. Beds are very comfortable. We will definitely rent again when visiting this area.

Exactly as listed, lovely place on a canal with all the things you need to enjoy your stay. Half way between Rockport and Port A so you can easily visit both. Very responsive host in case you have questions.

My husband and I with a few other people stayed 4 nights and loved it. The furniture was all nice and comfortable, not one person complained about the beds or the couch. The house was very clean and simple no clutter. The dock was great we spent many hours sitting out there fishing. We have found a home away from home, the neighborhood is honestly quiet you never hear anyone. The kitchen is loaded with almost anything you could need to cook. The owners put pride into this home and they treat it as if they live in it everyday and they were fantastic with communicating. I 10/10 recommend and will be back again!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving break with our family here. It was so comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone! The dishes and kitchen was well stocked and the beds and linens were so comfortable. We will definitely rebook when we come back down to Rockport! Thank you!!

Great place in Rockport

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, back porches and the dock with fishing light was fantastic! The kitchen was nicely supplied with all the necessary implements. The owner had also thoughtfully supplied small portions of sugar, salt and pepper, and an assortment of other seasonings. The property is well positioned for visiting from Rockport down to Port Aransas for shopping, fishing and other activities. I will recommend this place to others!!

We love the Texas coast, fishing and the beach. It is our pleasure to open our home to guests to enjoy the Rockport area.

Why they chose this property

We are located in one of the best canal subdivisions in Rockport. Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly and in an excellent location close to fishing, the beach and dining. Our home is spacious and bright, with two large covered patios and an outdoor kitchen. We have a private driveway well suited for boat and trailer parking.

What makes this property unique

Few, if any homes in the area rival our outdoor space! The upper and lower decks offer plenty of seating and shade (no afternoon west sun!) along with an outdoor kitchen. Our home has a large open living space perfect for small groups. The 4th bedroom on the bottom floor offers privacy for a couple, children or teens with a TV, mini fridge and private bathroom.
