The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The open-plan kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. Plus, a washer is available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has a single bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The 3rd Arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "Arrondissement du Temple." This district also includes the famous Marais, a superb area that cleverly mixes past and modernity. During the night or even the day, you can find many bars/terraces and tasty restaurants.

This district has many museums, such as the Picasso Museum and the Arts and Crafts Museum.

In the heart of the 3rd, there are also beautiful, quiet, and pleasant gardens where you can enjoy a French pastry, the Anne Frank Garden and the Garden of the National Archives.

It is an ideal neighbourhood for shopping in, with many young fashion designers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Hôtel de Ville, is just a 3-minute walk away.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
