Our brand new apartment (2015) with its own pool is ideal for groups of friends or 2 families with children (6 beds and 2 fully equipped bathrooms) who want to spend their vacation in a private and quiet environment (at the end of a cul-de-sac, no traffic) , We built this house primarily for us (and spend every free second there), and accordingly equipped it with high quality. The house is in a perfect location: approx. 2 km from beautiful beaches and a supermarket is within walking distance. The center of Budoni is also about 2 km away, and there are all other shops and services (shops, newspapers, nice restaurants (tips can be found separately), cafes, pharmacies, medical care and much more). For all guests, there is a free shuttle service to the various beaches in the season (bus stop 50m away). The port of Porto Ottiolu and San Teodoro can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Olbia Airport can be reached in about 20 minutes.
