Caravan Villa is a modern design villa in the center of the city with a beautiful view, which consists of 5 floors. Walking distance to the attractions . The villa has 7 rooms max for 18 people (14 main and 4 additional). Each room has a bathroom and a TV. On the roof is a terrace overlooking Tbilisi and a kitchenette. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with all the utensils. Also villa has rest zones with fireplace inside the house and outside.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Caravan Villa. It has so much character throughout. The age of the property and the vintage furniture really take you back in time. The only upgrade I would suggest are the mattresses. Best regards.
