The house was built over 100 years ago under the traditional "Chorizo" style - which was 1/2 of the villa Italian style with all rooms opening to the center. The house has since been upgraded for modern day comfort. The house is surrounded by gardens and all type of trees and flowers. There is a 16.5" x 33" outdoor swimming pool without a guard rail protection and some lazy hammocks hanging from nearby trees. Nearby is an outdoor fireplace beneath an old tree. On the 9 acre gardens, you can also see animal farm such as chickens, roosters, pigs, sheeps, calves with cows and a bull. Beyond this there are another 11 acres of pastures where you can walk. On the premises lives a farm handyman and his family that takes care of everyday works and is always willing to lend a hand.
The 4,305 square feet house has a fully equipped kitchen with plates and utensils, two refrigerators, an indoor kitchen fireplace, microwave, gas stoves, etc. The house has 3 bedrooms, each unique, 2 bathrooms, and 5 modern fireplaces for heating and to view the fire glow without the smoke.

The property was passed on and I had a desire to restore and improve it´s potential by opening it up, where people can enjoy the surroundings by day or night. Be it watching birds, animals, or just the trees and people enjoying the place.
What makes this property unique
A unique attribute that I have not seen in many places is the vastfulness of the southern starry nights hemisphere. My father would sit with his friends in the lawn, all the lights turned off, with a glass of scotch and spend hours talking.
