Access to the slopes (alpine skiing 150 m away & return possible by the MASSEBOEUF chairlift), approximately 28 m², South-East Expo. Bicycle storage & collective parking.

- Living room: kitchen area (2 burners, oven, fridge), dining area, 1 sofa bed & LCD TV.
- Small bedroom: 1 double bed.
