Comfortable and roomy house close to ISU

We really enjoyed the house. It was roomy, spotless and comfortable. There were five adults in our group for a family visit and trip to the State Fair. The house has everything you need and is very conveniently located.

Excellent Choice!

I traveled up from Texas to join my family because my brother was having surgery in Ames. The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room, comfortable, clean and great location with easy access to everything in surrounding areas. It was a great choice!

The information was sent early through VRBO message as I always do but they either had issues with their phone data or VRBO was having messaging issues. I never did figure out why they didn't get the message, it hasn't been an issue before. I texted a screenshot of instructions sent as proof I'd sent them. Overall they were great guests, would rent to again!

Football Weekend

We were in town for a football game at Iowa State and our stay was perfect! Nick was very helpful and instantly responded to any messages, as well as showed up to the house quickly when something needed to be fixed. It was a beautiful house and neighborhood. Tons of room for the 7 of us and our 2 pups!

We definitely enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. We had a 11 month old that slept well in the master closet - where it was dark and quiet. The bedrooms are very bright - skylights in the bonus room. Cozy living room. The outdoor fireplace looked great but it was raining when we were there. Easy communication with owner.

Family Get Together

This served our needs because we just needed a place for overflow. The rest of the group stayed with members of our family who live in Ames. We weren't there most of the time, but we enjoyed our mornings on the deck, and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The Keurig got a good workout.
