In unserem familiär geführten Haus erwarten Sie 4 schöne, gepflegte, komfortable Nichtraucher-Fewos für 1-6 Per. Sie werden sich von der ersten Minute an wohl fühlen. Unsere Whg. sind modern eingerichtet, teilw. mit sep. Einbauküche mit Spülm., Backofen oder Mikrowelle. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. Auf Anfrage können Sie auch mit Frühstück buchen. Wir sind baby-, familien- und radfahrerfreundlich eingerichtet. Parkplätze am Haus. Kinder sind bei uns willkommen. Auf sie warten Schaukel, Sandkasten und andere Spielgeräte. Unsere großflächige Grünanlage ladet zum Spielen und Entspannen ein. Grill ist vorhanden. In nur wenigen Gemin. erreichen Sie den Ortskern, Schiffsanlegestelle. Auch das Strand- und Hallenbad ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Im Dachgeschoss liegt unsere komfortable Ferienwohnung Bodensee Typ C klassifiziert mit 4 Sternen. Die Wohnung ist ca. 85qm groß und hat eine separte Küche. Die Schlafräume sind mit Doppelbett und begehbaren Schrank ausgestattet. Der große Wohn, - Essbereich mit Essecke und Sofa, Kabel TV und Radio bietet für alle genügend Platz. Im Badezimmer befinden sich Duschkabine, Badewanne, 2 Waschbecken und WC. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Teil -Seesicht.

Wohnung in Immenstaad
Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung unterm Dach, viel Holz. Aber auch sehr sonnenbeschienen, an den Südfenstern sind keine Rollläden und dadurch wird es in den Schlafzimmern sehr warm. Auch sehr laut durch den Autoverkehr an der naheliegenden Bundesstraße. Trotzdem kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen,sehr sauber, alles da.
Empfehlung an den Vermieter : Viell ein Hinweis an die Caffisimo Maschine kleben, dass man die Kapseln bei Ihnen erwerben kann. Ansonsten hat man nämlich keine Möglichkeit sie im Ort zukaufen.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage
Wir haben zwei schöne Tage am Bodensee verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber, und perfekt ausgestattet. Auch für Familien super geeignet - wir waren mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs und die Wohnung ist alles in allem sehr kindersicher. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch - nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See, zu Restaurants, und ein gut sortierter Rewe ist gegenüber. Eine Schaukel und Rutsche stehen im Garten. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
