Welcome to "Des Lys D'Océan", beautiful renovated house, on 2 levels, ideally located in Névez, a charming little town in Finistère.

You will be seduced by its wooded garden and will benefit from a beautiful bright living room, on the 1st floor, with its open kitchen and direct access to the wooden terrace, on stilts, where you will enjoy beautiful sunny days, all in height.
Four beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms will delight you.

Your children will be able to play in a large room on the ground floor, where you can also store your bikes safely.

You will have less than 4kms to go to access the magnificent beaches of Névez, such as the "Plage de Tahiti", and the Bois du Hénan,
5kms to discover Port Manec'h, a small peninsula and a nugget of the city.

Many heavenly corners to discover less than 10 kms from the house.
