In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, just 5 minutes from a highway exit, come stay in this magnificent 18th-century mill right on the water’s edge (children must be supervised by adults). You’ll enjoy the idyllic setting in a quiet, lush environment, as well as the refined interior decor that blends the charm of the past with modernity. You’ll stay in an eco-friendly holiday rental (built with local and reclaimed materials, featuring excellent sound and thermal insulation). Two horse stalls are available upon reservation with the owners. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a TV and a library, a dining room with a fireplace adjoining a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a sink. On the ground floor, you’ll find a game room (TV, books, games, toys), two double bedrooms (160x200), and a twin bedroom (two 90x200 beds that can be arranged as a double bed). On the second floor, you’ll find a double bedroom (160x200), a twin bedroom (two 90x200 beds that can be arranged as a double bed plus an extra bed for a child or teenager), and a suite consisting of a private living room and a bedroom (160x200). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom facilities: showers, sinks, and toilets. Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture and lounge area, the barbecue, and the lounge chairs. Petanque and darts are available. The herb garden is open for guests to use. Parking is available on the property and in front of the house. Beds are made, and towels and linens are provided. All utilities included (heating, firewood, housekeeping).
