The host was very responsive. The house is in a nice quiet area. Accessing the house was very essy. Appreciated the spaciousness of the home & there was even some shower supplies as well too choose from. Nice to have a bunch of blankets to choose from. Beds & couch were very comfortable. The only slight issue was the shower in the hall bathroom had water that was reversed ( hot is cold/cold is hot) - so just be mindful with kids. We didn't use or know, but they did have a pack n' play and a booster seat as well, so that's nice to have available.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it worked out for all of us (mom & dad, adult daughter, son-in-law & infant and other adult daughter)

Second Day woke up to no hot water as we were taking morning showers prior to leaving. Host wouldn't offer *any* refund and communications with us were not at all sympathetic. Not "completely" remodeled as bathrooms showed plumbing issues (e.g. Continuous hot water leaking by in hall shower, water damage on baseboards). If the host were paying attention to his property, he would have noticed that the hot water heater wasn't functioning properly and that the hall shower had a significant leak in the shower mixing valve.

Larry, we appreciate the review. As you stated, that you had luke warm on the second day, it would have impossible to know there was an issue with the hot water because it was working on your first day there. Also it’s hard to offer a refund to a guest who asks for one almost as a threat. “Are you going to offer a refund before I write my review?” I offered to send you a partial refund but you were asking for almost 50 percent! Sometimes houses have issues and we can’t be everywhere at once unfortunately. That’s why we rely on our cleaners and guests to communicate issues to us so we can correct them. I was able to address all issues you had in a matter of 30 minutes. Moving forward maybe have a little grace for your futures hosts and ask for reasonable refunds when issues come up. Again, thanks for your business Larry
