My husband and I wanted a little vacation/honeymoon that wasn’t too far from home but private with amenities we wanted. This place was perfect for us! It was very clean, super cozy, the jacuzzi tub was so nice! The dogs were yappy but they were kept behind a fence and one even let me pet it! I definitely recommend for a cheap, and private place to stay in Springville!
I would live here if I could. Such a nice place. The accommodations are way comfortable with plenty of space and everything you’d need. Met the host and she was very kind. The dogs are little, friendly and not scary at all. I want to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the back yard more.
We stayed there for one night. There was a hiccup with the Vrbo system but the host resolved that very quickly and was friendly throughout. Nice space, clean and quiet. Would recommend for anyone staying in springville looking for a place to drop in at night!
This home was very spacious. Very comfortable bed and couch. It was in a very convenient location with easy access to everything we needed. Very clean and cozy and exactly as it was described. Check in was easy and the owners were very friendly.
The place was very clean and larger than I expected. I have family in the area so I was with them during the day and it was nice to come back to the property at night.
The only place we've left within hours of arriving..
I gave three stars because it wasnt dirty, but felt unsatisfied to say the least. The lady's dog chased me off the property. I'm skittish and avoid dogs but I checked with the owner to know the breed. We've stayed at places with little dogs in the same house and made "friends". Well one of the dogs here was mid sized and came out barking and running towards me. Once I said we were leaving we never heard from the host again, not even an offer for a partial refund after the thing with her dog. Wn
What can you do? You sign a contract and you become a number once they have the money. Were not that way but some people are, and I do wonder how they reconcile it with their conscience. Anyway, we went to stay at Art City Inn and it was much more our speed, and so bright and beautifully appointed. It was just depressing being in a basement in addition to the not being able to relax outside as well, but 99% of why we left was the one dog. The horses at this property are beautiful though. My husband paid 287 for me to visit with them for five minutes.

Lovely and quiet; a basement MIL apartment; horses kept out back.
My wife stayed here for 16 days during August while I traveled back and forth from Arizona. She felt very safe and comfortable knowing the owners family was right above us. They were great hosts and the apartment was exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed for the extra long stay. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood but it is close to many restaurants, shopping and the freeway. We will definitely be staying again.
We had a great time and plan to come back. The jet tub was amazing! Our child loved their play set. Our only wondering was why a mattress cover was on the purple bed, which negates the benefits of purple bed. Thank you we look forward to spend even more time at your place!
My wife and I took some time for our anniversary just to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We didn’t need to do any extravagant adventure this time around. Just wanted a place to relax and enjoy one another’s company. This was the perfect place for that. A cozy little location that was close enough to city amenities that you could take advantage of that as well. An added bonus was the everyday friendly greeting from Berra, Jeter, and Cookie. And the HUGE jacuzzi tub added a very nice relaxing touch.
This was a very nice place to stay! Nice and private, good size kitchen and living area. Comfortable bed and couch. The only negative is that the tub could use maybe some safety features, a grab bar, a non slip mat inside tub and maybe a nonslip rug outside tub. We really enjoyed our stay.
