LA FERME DE LUCIE Two-bedroom house with private garden and courtyard.

Welcome to La Ferme de Lucie, a nineteenth century family home, passed down from generation to generation and known for its warm welcome. Located 10 minutes from the A6 motorway, near vineyards, cherry trees and the cycle route along the Yonne, you will appreciate the temperate comfort in summer thanks to the thickness of its walls.

This carefully restored single-storey house combines old charm and modern comfort. Perfect for a stay with family, friends or colleagues, it offers:

- Living room: Pretty and open to the living room, ideal for convivial moments.
- Equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary consumables (detergents, condiments, filters and coffee) are provided.
- Bathroom: Spacious with shower, washing machine and heated towel rail. Towels provided.
- Bedrooms:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm). Good quality sheets and mattresses are provided.
- WC: Independent.
Children under 8 years old are not allowed for safety reasons.
Note the supplement of 30€ per night and per person from the 3rd guest. Outside, enjoy a private garden and secure parking. The lean-to allows you to shelter your vehicles or organise meals in the shade.

Located in a quiet and picturesque setting, the Ferme de Lucie is surrounded by vineyards and cherry trees, a few steps from the banks of the Yonne. It is the ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Dieses Haus ist ein echter Glücksfall! Super sauber, überaus nette Gastgeber, alles da, was man braucht und jeglicher Komfort. Sogar die Matratzen der Betten sind ausgezeichnet! Sehr nett auch der kleine Freisitz auf der Terrasse. Und das gesamte Anwesen ist durch ein Tor abgeschlossen, sodass unser behinderter Sohn nicht weglaufen, sondern sich frei bewegen konnte.Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
