Nice house with various problems

It is a nice house on a very beautiful large plot. Unfortunately, the house was not handed over clean. The kitchen equipment is rather basic for the price range. There were numerous problems with the house. Defects such as a broken dishwasher could not be repaired during our stay. Communication was difficult and unsatisfactory. The responsible contact person on site obviously did not feel responsible and could not be reached by phone, contact could only ever be established by the landlord.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Thank you for your comment. Indeed, there were problems with the household and we have given you financial compensation regarding this subject. The dishwasher broke down at the end of your stay, and given the period we only found a technician to repair it after your departure unfortunately. We have always responded to your requests
