The home also has a private pool, hot tub,, landscaped lawns, separate structure with a 400 sq ft gym, and numerous outdoor areas. A meditation garden with a reflection pond offers the perfect spot for relaxing during the day or sipping wine at sunset.

Every room in this estate exudes elegance and style. The main house features a comfortable living area, dining room, and three separate bedrooms, including a palatial master that occupies the entire floor.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

The guest cottage sits steps away from the main house. This private retreat has two bedrooms (one room with a king bed and a loft with two twin beds), a full kitchen, and a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The sprawling grounds of this estate include a pool, gas grill, a fire pit, a bocce ball court, numerous dining and sitting areas, and a meditation garden with a reflecting pond and seating.
