This beautifully crafted beach cottage is located in the Dune Allen Beach area. The most convenient beach access is Ed Walline. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. This home offers fours bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, bunk bed nook, balconies on the front and back of the home and front patio. The backyard patio features plenty of outdoor seating. A space for grilling as well. Perfect for afternoons of relaxation. Our home is conveniently located behind Shunk Gulley’s and Gulf Place! We offer beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach towels. Sleeps 10!

Beautiful and Convenient Location

This place was perfect for our family. Everything was within walking distance: coffee, restaurant, adult beverages, souvenir shop, ect. The home itself was beautiful and spacious. We can’t wait to go back!

Great home, great location

Love this house and the location is short walk to the beach/shops. The house was spotless and well stocked with everything needed for a home away from home beach experience. Jessica was easy to communicate with and very detailed in making sure everything was just right in the home. The home really had everything from the fire pit & sitting area out back, bikes, beach chairs/ wagon for the beach! Would stay again and will tell our friends.

Upon arriving, everyone was blown away by how pretty and big the space was! There was an issue with the weather and some leaking but Jessica was very easy to contact and got someone to come look at it as soon as possible. Walking to lunch and the beach was also very easy, would definitely recommend this beautiful relaxing place!

The best vacation rental.

Beyond our expectations. Its been 2 weeks and my family are still raving about this home. Jessica is an awesome host. She is very prompt with communicating. As well as understanding. By far the best vacation rental I had experience in 6 years.

Nice, clean property

Enjoyed our stay. The house was as-advertised with all the bases covered. Well stocked kitchen. The beach is a short 3-minute walk, however the public beach access can get very crowded during peak times- be prepared and arrive early Great communication with the owner. Very responsive.
