The boys lived the addition of the playroom downstairs. It's always a pleasure staying at this house. Perfect location for fishing at the inlet and just getting away from everyone else on Topsail. Clean and comfortable!

Absolutely wonderful place. We will be trying to rent this place again. Location is great and very little traffic. Well stocked house, had everything we needed. Loved having “dog” towels handy for our girls! Truly a pet friendly place.

The photos do not do the area any justice! This home is on the north end of topsail, which is very quiet. My family and I loved it so much, we will be going back next year!

Such a comfortable home.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a small mixup with check in but it was remedied and handled very well. The house had everything we needed and was all around super comfortable. We love the end of the island and how quiet the area is.

Baby shower for 1st Grandbaby

We had 5 nights on NTB and had a great time. Baby shower at my military sons house for 1st baby due in July. Weather was 80 degrees and the rain missed us while we were there. Would definitely stay there again.

Such an amazing beach house!

We loved our stay! Such a great house in a great location! Was like staying beach front with the super short walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our family and such a great beach layout. The natural surroundings with the ocean, new river inlet and spring pond were amazing. Better than beachfront! We will stay here again!

Topsail getaway

Wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect, better than it was described. My grandchildren loved the game room in the basement. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking. The location was amazing, only steps to the beach and inlet. I recommend this house ❤️

Family Getaway

Wonderful place. Close to beach scenic and relaxing environment. Only issue was in master bathroom the soap from previous renters was left- which I was not aware and during getting ready to shower touched the used soap bars Otherwise would recommend this place. The neighbors in the next duplex was friendly.

Communication with owner was fantastic, she assisted with food locatans and paddle boarding areas. Neighbors liked to smoke alot! They have small dogs that like to yip. It's a great location, beach access is 4 doors down and the sound is around the corner in the opposite direction. It was clean with the exception of the floor and under one of the beds. Had to search around to attempt and match sheets to beds. Loved that they allowed dogs, would stay again.

The place and location are very nice ! Although the neighbor with the two barking dogs were quite annoying . We could not sit out on the deck without them continuously barking at us trying to enjoy the time . Watching the sunrise again the dogs continually bark . The neighbors seem to not care either . Other then the ridiculous barking everything was amazing !

Location was really good and accurate information about location was provided. Upon our arrival there were numerous issues with the place. We arrived and the lock box was not set with our code to get access key. Called and the host immediately responded and resolved this issue. When I opened the front storm door the handles fell off in the floor. I immediately reported that as well. I had tools with me and fixed this myself and had no other issues. When we got inside, we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the entire place. We took tons of pics and communicated with the host, and they were disappointed with their cleaning crew as well and refunded the cleaning fees which we appreciated very much. Our first 3 hours were used to clean the place up so we could relax and enjoy our stay. We had a great time even though the weather was not the greatest. When the storms came the basement area flooded and we were unaware this was a possibility. This should be communicated to the guests due to this being a safety hazard. I personally went downstairs and slipped and fell not knowing this. We did enjoy our stay, and the place is in a nice area, but when you pay this kind of money these issues should not happen. Beach access is really nice! Host was extremely nice and supportive but feel like the overall price was too much due to these kinds of issues.

Great Stay. Amazing area

Love this property, the location is at the end of the island giving us a great route to walk around the northern edge of the island. The home is beautiful. It is on the corner with enough yard for our dogs to play in and so many windows letting in the beach atmosphere. It was very quiet and peaceful for us during our stay as there is hardly any through traffic. The home was totally stocked with everything you might need for a stay at the beach from coffee filters, to charcoal for the grill, to towels for your pets. I want to stay here again.

The house was good. Proximity to beach is great. Public access is very close. Read some other reviews ,mentioning the neighbor's dogs. They are barkers but they did try to minimize the issue. Overall our stay was good. Thank you
