Our desert-themed 2br/2ba condo sits just steps from the pool, is very clean, spacious, and furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

If you're bringing a pet there will be a 1 time additional (non-refundable) charge of $100 (up to 2 pets) added to the reservation upon booking.

All well-behaved (and potty trained) pets are welcome - There is a dog bed in the master closet.

There is a blow-up mattress, portable crib, and highchair in the guest bedroom closet to accommodate additional guests or infants.

THE SPACE

Ground floor 2br condo in a gated golf community. Perfect for those looking for an escape from crowded city living or cold weather. Approximately 1400sf with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Exit out the backslider and you'll find a private patio with BBQ, access to a sparkling pool with hot tub, and a spacious greenbelt leading to another pool.

Within the community are multiple tennis/pickleball courts and a gym, as well as wide, sleepy streets for leisurely walks and exercise. Minutes away are breathtaking hikes, amazing shopping, and necessity stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joes.

The pool is available until 10 pm and there are 26 additional pools throughout the community that you're welcome to use.

The overall vibe is quiet and peaceful, if you are looking for a party house, this is not it.

Loved our stay

We had a great time at this home while we were in town for the tennis tournament. Check-in was easy. Instructions were clear and concise, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great property on open space and next to the pool spa. Neighborhood is very quiet and friendly with folks walking every day. Accommodations are terrific. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Plus games, beach towels, floaties and more. The location is wonderful too. We didn't have to drive more than a few blocks for restaurants and shops. And finally, the host was great. I needed Billie to send me the check in info sooner and he was right on it. I had it on my computer within 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again when we return.

Lovely unit in Palm Desert

We had a lovely stay and Billy was very responsive. Our only issue is that there was no information present at the site regarding how to work the television or the appliances, nor were there any recommendations for restaurants, take out, things to do, etc. I know that it is easy to look things up but it would have been nice to have it provided. I also recommend that the cleaners use unscented products. The unit reeked of cleaning supplies when we arrived. Other than that, we loved the unit and had a lovely time.
