About this property

Gîte le 411 - Le Petit Lieu

Welcome to our charming studio, perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay. This apartment includes a sofa bed that converts into a cosy bed for a good night's sleep. You will also find a modern and well-equipped bathroom to meet all your needs. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing your meals. It has all the necessary appliances, as well as a matching and comfortable table where you can enjoy your dishes. Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or an extended stay, our gîte will offer you all the comfort you need. Located in the peaceful village of La Garoterie, near the Boulogne stream, 411 Petit-Lieu is a charming gîte that will captivate you. This building, dating from the 1850s, has been restored respecting its original appearance as much as possible. We have preserved the volumes as well as the stone, brick, Genoese-style roof tiles, and wood elements to maintain the authenticity and history of this central location. We are breathing new life into this building, which has been unoccupied since the 1960s, when the floor was still dirt. The work will be completed in July 2024, opening a new chapter for this building.
