One of my favorite places on Earth!

This was our group’s third stay here, and as always, we absolutely love it! Wonderful condo with everything we needed, great views, wonderful beach, fun pool, easy access to get everywhere we wanted. We love it here! And the owners are so easy to communicate with! It’s one of our favorite places to stay!

Perfect Family vacation

Love how clean the condo was and the fact that it’s on the very end so the balcony is larger. Perfect location. Loved everything about this condo and will plan to visit again.

Great place to stay

Very nice and roomy. The elevators were fast and the beach wasn’t very crowded. I will definitely book again. We loved the view and the spacious balcony.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, very comfortable, and the beach wasnt crowded! The parking garage isnt made for large vehicles. That was the only negative.

Great location on the beach

Nice size condo for our group of four. Spacious master bedroom/bathroom. The balcony may have been our favorite part! Amazing view, and again, plenty of space out there. Appreciated having a covered parking spot.

Our Fave Place!

We love this condo and the entire area! This is our second year to stay here. The condo is the perfect size for our family, it is well kept and clean, and has everything we need. Paula is a great host & makes communication extremely easy. We will continue to come back and stay here every year!

The Condo was amazing. If you plan to stay, do not bring a large truck. I had to park across the street in overflow parking because my truck was too tall for the deck.

Our go-to!

This was the best experience we’ve had at the beach. The property is in excellent condition: clean, updated, and felt luxurious! The owner was extremely available and helpful any time we had to contact her. The beach is not crowded and it is beautiful-the condo is in an amazing location. Our stay was impeccable! We hope to make this our “summer spot!” We will rent again and again!

Summer Vacation

We could not have had a better time. The weather was beautiful, the views from the 7th Floor balcony were stunning ( we got to see dolphins several times ), and this 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. We loved that the door had a keypad and keys were not needed. The elevators were incredibly fast, the pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the location of the property was outstanding. The communication with the property owner was great. We can’t wait to come back next year.

This condo was perfect for a family of 6 with older kids. The beds were plenty and the 3rd bath was worth the extra cost. The kitchen was big enough and came equipped with all the necessities for making dinner or lunch at the beach. The view from this place was absolutely incredible. Balcony furniture was comfortable and provided a great place for breakfast and/ir coffee. The communication with the owner was great. Timely responses and easy to get in touch with. We had no issues while were there with anything. Windmere was doing some off season maintenance to the pool so that was closed but the beach was literally down the elevator. Side note, the owner did inform us of this when we booked. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Friends getaway

The condo was just what we needed. Everything was clean and plenty of towels etc. my only complaint was the bed stands. They are metal and you will take a kneecap off. But after a couple of hits you learn to go wide. Highly recommend Fisherman’s Corner and Salty Pearl raw bar. Both are right under bridge to left. Fresh seafood and you can not go wrong.

Seriously one of the best vacations I’ve been on. The place was immaculate, plenty of room in each bedroom, the master bedroom is AMAZING! (My grandparents 85 & 88 stayed in that room and enjoyed themselves.) The view is GORGEOUS. Saw dolphins from the balcony the last 2 days. Prices here best prices anywhere else (PLEASE keep it that way!). Cannot say enough good things about staying here. Anything negative on any other post has been addressed, so they care about their guests! Also, go check out Lucy Buffet’s LuLu’s. Does not disappoint!

Birthday Beach Vacation

The room was clean and very spacious with excellent views of the beach and gulf. Commercial ice machine on 3rd floor by the bathrooms - Free. We found it the last day. Very helpful. Quiet end unit with wrap around balcony was awesome. My son turned 23 on this traditional beach vacation and we had such a wonderful time. Even found a 2 gallon ziplock bag full of nice shells right outside the condo; had to do a little walking up and down the beach, which was actually fun. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We loved it!!

Best rental ever

I've been coming to the gulf for 40± years. I've rented a lot of condos. This one was by far the best I've ever stayed in. The master bedroom was amazing. 3 bedrooms. Walk‐in closets. Full kitchen. Full living area. Washer/dryer in unit! Spacious balcony with enough patio furniture for everyone. Condo climate was perfect. No humidity ‐ no loud air conditioning. Grounds were well maintained. Beach access was amazing. Just perfection. Host was amazing.
