In the heart of the resort of Les Angles while being set back from the busy streets, the residence 'Les Isards' is a 2-minute walk from the shops, the village and the free shuttles (100 metres away).

You can also walk to the first slopes which are 8 minutes away.

The accommodation has been completely renovated while integrating the basic measures to fight against global warming and the preservation of resources.

The insulation has been improved by replacing the bay window and the insulation of the walls, the heating and the water heater are connected to improve comfort and avoid energy waste, the taps are equipped with water-saving aerator, 3 bins are available in the kitchen for selective sorting. The collective sorting containers are located about 150m from the residence.

Apartment located on the 1st floor (only floor) of the residence 'Les ISARDS', chemin du Soula, with a surface area of 40 m² loi carrez (52m² on the ground).
Very nice exposure for the panoramic view and the sun.

The surface area of the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, however we recommend it for a maximum of 4 adults or a couple with 3 children.

Apartment non-smoking and pet-free.

On the first floor, a hall opening onto a living room with sofa, TV and a fitted kitchen including induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, raclette service, iron, washing machine... the essentials to cook for 5 people (list on request).

An SFR BOX is installed for the internet connection with TV decoder, SFR TV package 160 channels available on a Philipps 'Smart/google 4k' TV.

Upstairs, a separate toilet, a shower room, a cabin bedroom with a 140 cm bed with a glass opening overlooking the stairway and a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an 80 cm bed offering a panoramic view of the Pyrenees through the roof window.

Private parking at the residence and a SKI cupboard in the entrance hall.

End of stay cleaning not included, equipment and products available.

Bed linen and bath linen not provided, you will have to bring your own.

The apartment was exactly as described and has clearly been (very well) renovated recently, it's very comfortable and it has everything the guests could need during their stay. The view from the balcony and the bedroom window is absolutely incredible, I started missing it the second I left the apartment. The location is also great, a very short walk from the nearest supermarket, bakery, restaurants, butcher and cheese shops, bike rentals, everything really, including the free shuttle that can take you to a bunch of places (lacs de Matemale ou de Balcere, etc.). Parking your car is also easy. The area is also very quiet and peaceful.The check-in process was also extremely smooth and efficient, Fabienne was super friendly and professional, and the owner, Franck, was also very responsive.If I'm being picky, maybe the bedroom without windows could use a fan because it was a little hot at night despite the presence of a small window to add some ventilation, but I also realize that the weather was hotter than usual when we were there, so most of the time it's probably not necessary.Overall we had a great experience and loved the place and I hope to return regularly.
