The Villa Jardin Nomade was designed and built in the middle of this earthly paradise to receive guests in complete privatization of families, friends or small groups of up to 20 people.

It benefits from an exceptional geographical location: On the road to the Lalla Takerkouste dam in the direction of the Atlas Mountains, just 5 minutes by car from the centre of the modern city (Guéliz), the ramparts of the Medina and the airport (without ever being disturbed by planes).

The Villa Jardin Nomade is located in the heart of a lush and flowery park of 10,000 m². In its centre a large private heated swimming pool (with supplement) of 15 x 6m brings freshness and tranquility.
The property offers a total of 7 rooms and suites that can accommodate up to 14 adults and 6 to 7 children. The villa is entirely covered by an HD Wi-Fi network delivered by fibre optics.
The garden of the Villa Jardin Nomade is planted with dozens of orange trees, mandarin trees, olive trees, date palms and thousands of flowers.
In the middle of this lush oasis sits a superb 6 x 15 m swimming pool heated in winter (with extra charge) and its shaded pool house.
A petanque court, An outdoor ping-pong table (table tennis), a full set of badminton (rackets and net), a volleyball net are available to the guests of the villa, as well as a fitness/gymnastics area.

The main villa of 450 m2 offers spacious common areas: Living room with fireplace, dining room, reading room and satellite TV, large covered terrace opening onto the swimming pool.
The main villa also has 4 large and beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms (with
shower/bath/separate toilet). Each room can be arranged as a double (double bed 200 x 200) or twin (2 separate beds 100 x 200)

Located a maximum of 50 m from the main villa, the pavilion is an independent suite of about 80 m² with a large bedroom with its own fireplace, a beautiful terrace opening onto a lawn of 500 to 600 m², a large and original bathroom equipped with bathtub, shower, opening onto an enclosed garden planted with banana trees, mandarin tree and bougainvillea. Separate toilet.
The guest pavilion can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.

The "nature" bungalow made entirely of woods
This 40 m² bungalow (including 15 m2 of shaded terrace) can accommodate 2 adults and a child.
It is hidden in the heart of the garden, in the middle of orange trees, olive trees with a view of the swimming pool and the rose garden: a paradise in itself!

70 m² multipurpose interior space that can be used as a bedroom for 2 to 4 people, a library, a TV lounge, a dining room and a screening room (home cinema).
A very pleasant 40 m² colonial-style outdoor terrace equipped with a bar can accommodate all the residents of the villa for an aperitif, a lunch or a festive evening.
A designer bathroom completes the equipment of this new space.

The Villa Jardin Nomade is equipped with a very nice SPA including a magnificent hammam in Carrara marble, 2 massage tables and a room for body, facial, pedicure and manicure treatments as well as a very pleasant rest area.

Installed under a shade cloth in the heart of the garden, The fitness area includes 2 training bikes, a set of weights and a weight bench
