Small but excellent apartment, with a cozy terrace. The apartment is after renovation, fully equipped with appliances and a very comfortable bathroom. Suitable for both short and long stays. Christian and Nina are always very friendly. Will definitely come back here again.

The studio is super clean and comfortable. It says around 15-20 mn from the Palais des Festival...

The studio is super clean and comfortable. It says around 15-20 mn from the Palais des Festival. If you are going for business and want a calm area, this is a good, clean and well equiped place to stay. Tha buiding has elevator and trash. Christian has a good communication and very effective and kind. I do recommend this place for 1 or 2 people to stay.
