Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 43 m² flat with mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort of Les Orres, has a swimming pool and sauna and can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. From the moment you arrive and throughout your stay, our partner Valentin from La Vallée concierge service will be delighted to help you with information, advice and any problems that may arise. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

Work on the parking lot opposite the residence will start on March 17, 2025. Noise pollution may occur during the day, particularly on the balcony.

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed (140x190) and a TV with a set-top box and Netflix.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Sleeping area with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For added comfort, the owners have invested in the following equipment: Raclette maker, pancake maker, fondue maker, electric griddle, dishwasher, etc. You will also be greeted with a welcome pack offering toilet paper, shower mat, tea towels, etc...

Outside :
- A 10 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- Heated swimming pool, open in winter and summer from July to August and December to April. The same applies to the sauna.

The flat is ideally located in Les Orres, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, there is a private parking space in the basement of the residence, as well as a ski locker with an exit 50 metres from the slopes. Numbered spaces for 1 vehicle. Public pay car park at the bottom of the residence.

- Nearest train station: Embrun 20 km (30 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence 223 km (2h40 by car)
Free shuttle buses to Les Orres from 1550 to 1800
Motorway exit at Sisteton then shuttle buses to nearby ski resorts including Les Orres.

Other remarks :
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
