Great home base

This is a nice, well-maintained property with easy access to the many attractions Phoenix has to offer. My husband and I particularly enjoyed having coffee on the back patio.

Exactly as advertised

Excellent communication with Devin. We needed something that a previous guest removed. He replaced it within hours. We were in Phoenix to ride dirt bikes and having a garage to store our bikes overnight, securely, was a huge benefit. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Devin

Good Location, Older Neighborhood

The location was good for my family. The house is well-used and shows its wear and tear. Cute pillows on the Window boxes but dusty so we did not sit there. Our feet were black from walking barefoot on the floors and lots of crumbs under and around the couch. Also, we only had two partial rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom with no replacement so we had to stop at the store for some.
