Beautiful 100 m2 apartment completely renovated in a sixteenth century manor house, surrounded by a large park, at the foot of the Vercors. In the heart of the village of Claix, many shops are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, press,... a bus line (line 21) also allows you to reach Grenoble.
You will stay in an apartment located on the 1st floor of the manor, combining "modern" comfort and the desire to preserve the historical character of the place. You can also take advantage of a space reserved for you in the park, decorated with several fountains, to admire the Belledonne chain, the Taillefer or the cliffs of the Vercors. Ideal location in a green setting, close to the city and the peaks, to find calm and freshness.
