APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Quiet 4-roomed apartment in the attic. Entrance with a hall stand. Living/dining room with a southwest facing balcony and a wood-burning stove. Phone, fax, radio, CD player, TV, and Internet. Kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Coffee CHICCO D'ORO machine. Shower/toilet/sink. One double bedroom with balcony. Bath/toilet/sink. One bedroom with bunk beds for two persons, access to the balcony. One bedroom with a single bed. Parquet flooring throughout. 1 parking place in the garage. Animals are not allowed.

The apartment was lightly renovated in autumn 2025, and the bathroom will be refurbished in spring 2026. New photos will follow.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Polaschin A is one of several new houses built in 1990 in the Engadine style at the entrance of the village Sils Maria. Cross-country skiing runs are near the house. The mountain railway station is reachable within 10 minutes by foot or even faster by bus. The bus stop is 50m away. During the season, busses run every 30 minutes in all directions. Hiking trails are in the surrounding area.

Sehr nett und unser Wunsch (Anreise montags, Abreise sonntags) berücksichtigt, wir konnten freundlicherweise den Schlüssel früher in Empfang nehmen und danach den sonnigen Nachmittag auf der Loipe geniessen, vielen Dank. ALLES BESTENS, wir werden wieder bei LOGA buchen Anfragen per E-Mail wurden vor der Anreise immer zeitnah und freundlich beantwortet sehr schöne, sonnige, helle Wohnung, geschmackvoll renoviert, wir waren das zweite Mal dort und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal :-)

Ich habe sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Trotzdem hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Ich finde es super, dass dies bei einer Ferienwohnung möglich ist. Auch gut finde ich die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung für weniger als 7 Nächte buchen zu können. Wie oben bereits erwähnt: für die kurzfristige Buchung alles wunderbar und unkompliziert geklappt. Einziger kleiner (wenn man dann etwas beanstanden möchte) Nachteil ist, dass man den Schlüssel in St. Moritz abholen muss. Dies ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau... Im Gegenzug durften wir aber den Schlüssel bei der Abreise in der Wohnung hinterlassen und mussten nicht nochmals extra nach St. Moritz fahren. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Perfekt sauber. Wunderschöne Aussicht Richtung Maloja. Super Lage in Nähe Volg, Restaurants etc. Zur Info: Wir hatten es nicht gebraucht, aber das Absperrgitter beim oberen Kajütenbett wackelt sehr stark. Ich hätte kein Kind da schlafen lassen.
