Renovated with great attention to detail 3 1/2-room apartment in the attic of a beautiful Engadine house in a quiet, central and sunny location. The village center of Scuol and the valley station of the cable cars Motta Naluns are only about 15 minutes away. 2 reserved parking spaces are available in front of your own, separate entrance.

The large covered west terrace with dining table, lounge and sunny island offers a great panoramic views of the Lower Engadine mountains. Here you will find also the generous sun and a cozy lounge, which invites you to linger.

After extensive renovation the house today shines in new splendor - from the ceilings to the new kitchen and bathroom has been completely refurbished parts as redesigned and refurnished. The ultra-modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In the bathroom you will enjoy new power showers. Flat-screen TV, hi-fi system and DVD player are just as natural as the free Wi-Fi.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Gut gepflegt. Die Wohung über die Afida zu mieten ist angenehm. Man bekommt alle Infos und wird freundlich und kompetent beraten. Es gibt die Möglichkeit von diverse Vergünstigungen zu profitieren, wie günstigere Vereinatickets oder Badeintritte. Wir buchen schon seit Jahren und sind sehr zufrieden.
