Bright and contemporary, this single-level 3-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps up to 12 across seven beds, two Queen beds in the bedrooms, a full-size bunk bed, and three sleeper sofas, with an elegant updated interior, a game room built for all ages, and a resort-style backyard. The pool is heated year-round at no additional charge, so swim season here doesn't end. You're centrally located and close to spas, golf courses, restaurants, bars, museums, hiking, and horseback riding. There's no better home base for exploring the valley.

- BEDROOMS -

Here's exactly how the seven beds break down, so there are no surprises: two Queen beds in the bedrooms, one full-size bunk bed (counting as two of the seven), and three sleeper sofas. All beds feature memory foam mattresses, and many guests comment that they slept exceptionally well on them.

The primary bedroom is light and airy with a Queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, a ceiling fan, a dresser, and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, and a large mirror.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids, or for adults recreating childhood sleepovers. The full-size bunk beds (memory foam) are big enough for travelers of any age, with drawers for your belongings and a cozy rocking chair glider.

For additional sleeping, the main living room sofa pulls out to a Queen, as does the couch in the game room. The sofa in the sitting area off the dining room pulls out to a full. A Pack 'n Play is available on request.

- BATHROOMS -

Three recently renovated full bathrooms.

The primary ensuite has a sliding farmhouse-style door and a walk-in shower.

The second bathroom sits between the second bedroom and the living room, with dual sinks and mirrors and a bathtub/shower combo.

The third bathroom is off the sitting room and has a walk-in shower, all the towels your group needs for bathing and pool use, and a door leading directly to the pool area.

All bathrooms are stocked with complimentary hand soap, shampoo/body wash, and conditioner.

- KITCHEN & DINING -

The sleek modern kitchen is fully equipped for group meals: ample quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, dishwasher), and cooking basics including spices, utensils, and dishware.

The large island is ideal for buffet-style meals or laying out snacks. A child's high chair is available on request, let us know ahead of check-in.

Just off the kitchen is a large dining area with two long tables that can be separated or combined, comfortably seating 12. Natural light pours in through the large window and sliding doors, and a serving pass-through connects to the kitchen.

The laundry room has a new high-capacity washer and dryer plus detergent pods.

- INDOOR LIVING AREAS -

The moment you walk in you'll notice the vibrant furnishings, desert-tropical decor, and natural light flooding through the large windows. The main living room has a large plush sofa, two cozy chairs, and a 75" flatscreen smart TV, opening onto the kitchen.

Off the dining room is a spacious sitting room with a sleeper sofa and a walk-in closet stocked with games and bedding for the pull-outs.

The game room is fun for all ages: a convertible pool and ping pong table, a shuffleboard table, and a mini foosball table. It doubles as a second living room thanks to the comfy sofa and 55" flatscreen smart TV.

- OUTDOOR AREAS -

The backyard is what really sets the Bluefield Resort apart. Yard games include a mega chessboard, a putting green, cornhole, ladder ball, and a cup pong table. At night, gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs and string lights hung between the palm trees.

The covered patio is perfect for an outdoor meal, with tables, chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor 50" flatscreen smart TV.

The pool is heated year-round at no additional charge, so swim season here doesn’t end. You'll find pool toys, floats, pool towels, sunbathing lounge chairs, and hammocks strung between the palms.

- POOL SAFETY -

There is no safety fence around the pool. Children must be supervised at all times in the backyard, and no one should be in the pool area without an adult present. Guests assume all risks when using the yard and pool.

- THINGS TO NOTE -

Dog friendly (dog bowls provided). Up to 2 dogs are allowed, $150 fee per dog, per stay.

Depending on availability, early check-ins and late check-outs may be possible for a $50 fee; check with the guest assistant for details.

No smoking or vaping. No parties or events without the host's permission. Neighborhood quiet hours outside after 10 pm.

For your safety, this property has exterior security cameras at the front door, around the perimeter, and in the backyard. The backyard camera has a partial view of the pool area as well as other parts of the yard. These devices may record activity for your safety but should not infringe on your privacy. There are noise sensors inside the home; these measure noise levels only and do not record sound.
