Our unit has been updated incorporating high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, designer fixtures, furnishings and housewares to provide you with all the comforts of home while you enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room!! You will be just steps away from the powdery white sands that have allowed Siesta Key to be consistently ranked among the world's most beautiful beaches.
The condo is beautifully furnished to make your vacation carefree. Every convenience of home, including a completely stocked Chef's kitchen w/Keurig and other high-end appliances. Beach towels, beach chairs/rafts/umbrellas, a 10 X 10 tent for the beach and a washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Large flat screen TV's are in each room along with DVD players and Apple TV on main TV. You will also find a broad selection of DVDs, CDs and board games for your enjoyment throughout your stay. Wifi is provided along with premium cable channels.
A spacious, screened in lanai spans the length of the condo with access & magnificent gulf views from every room. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while marveling at the stunning sunrise and watching the dolphins frolic in the crystal clear gulf waters below.
The Crystal Sands complex offers two heated swimming pools - one of the pools overlooks the beach - 3 elevators (one is glass enclosed with sky line views of the entire key), assigned covered parking, on-site maintenance and security for all entrances and pool area. This top-of-the-line condo has a million dollar view, plus the amenities and beach front accommodations of a tropical resort. Quaint shops and restaurants are minutes away in Siesta Key Village. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, wonderful location right on the beach. Only negative was hot water seemed to run out very quickly, within about 5 minutes of starting a shower. Everything else was great. Owner was very attentive and quickly answered questions we had over texts.

Wonderful 1st time in Siesta Key!

Loved the condo with a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets! So enjoyed the pool and being on the beach. Perfect spot to explore Siesta Key! Condo had all the amenities plus more. Stephanie, the owner, was so helpful when we had an internet issue. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Condo with awesome view

This condo is amazing!!! It is well equipped with everything you would ever need. The beds are so comfortable, nice big bathrooms, big screens TVs., large balcony with a great view of the beach. We stayed in this condo last year and hope to stay there again next year. This is our new home away from home. We love it there.

Perfect in every way

Communication with the owner was excellent!The kitchen and baths were spotless. We loved the orientation of the screened in balcony. Truly, the experience deserves more than 5 stars. We will be back for six weeks next year. Crystal Sands is the best place on Siesta Key. The trolley is near. The people are friendly. A great way to escape winter.

Siesta Key is beautiful. It was our first time staying there. The condo is awesome as well. I think the cleaning company could do a little bit nicer of a job but it wasn't awful or anything like that. One suggestion is to have a laminated sheet of instructions on how to use the TV. It was very confusing for us.

Perfect Stay

We loved our stay. This condo is equipped with everything you will need. We were forced to cook more than we had intended due to the Covid-19 virus. We had everything we needed in the kitchen including a Ninja blender.. The beds are comfortable and the view is stunning everywhere in the condo, even from the kitchen sink. We needed to adjust our travel plans due to the virus and Stephanie was fantastic. Thank you for the perfect spot to isolate during such a devastating time. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful view!

Enjoyed being right on the beach(unfortunately red tide was pretty bad on several days) and within walking distance of several bars/restaurants. Also an easy drive off island to Publix and other shopping. While there is a trolley that takes you to the Siesta Key village for more great restaurants/bars, it is also walkable. Pool was very clean with warm water, never too crowded. Kitchen had all you needed to make meals at home, very nice lanai for eating and watching sunsets. Apartment had a great TV to watch all the World Cup Games! Overall a nice stay.

Excellent 2 weeks at Crystal Sands Beach Condo!

Such an amazing stay at Crystal Sands for our annual 2 week vacation!! Our condo had wonderful beds, excellent equiped kitchen, plus plenty of towels & linens. Beach towels were available which were a plus when flying. The view was breath taking of the Seista Key beach & crescent. We loved sitting on the balconey every morning, drinking our coffee, admiring the beautiful ocean & listening to the waves. We are in hopes to return next year to what we call, "Paradise!"

Absolute Paradise!

My family has been coming to Siesta Key for more than 40 years and this was one of the best units we've ever stayed in! Great communication from the owner start to finish with all of the information we needed for our stay. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The kitchen is particularly well stocked and labeled nicely. Typically we pack our own cookware because you never know what you will be provided (or condition) but we were pleasantly surprised to learn that was unnecessary this time around. They even had a pack and play which saved my hide after forgetting to pack ours. The view from this unit is also spectacular and was the first time we had a complete view of the north side of the island. This was perfect for viewing the sunset this time of year. The Crystal Sands complex itself was very nice. The pool is on the smaller side but perfectly acceptable and provides a nice view of the beach. It's a very short walk from the lobby to the beach which is nice especially when being the pack mule for your family. You do need to carry around a RFID key to access the lobby which is a minor inconvenience but the safety it provides is appreciated (my 5 year old also enjoyed being in charge of unlocking the doors). The lobby was kept very clean and the grounds were well manicured. We will definitely be back!

Oceanfront paradise

The view from this condo is spectacular. You can see the entire curved shape of the shoreline of Crescent beach. It truly is the definition of a beach vacation. Didn’t end up doing much else but relax on the deck, sit at the beach where you can rent an umbrella and chairs inexpensively although this condo also provides all the beach supplies you need, chairs, umbrellas, coolers toys. Etc. The sand on the beach is so white and soft like powder and cool to walk on. The pool is very warm. Overall the property is well cared for and this condo is top notch. Beautiful decor and comfortable. Perfect

An amazing getaway

This was the perfect spot to unwind for three weeks. There aren’t many places that have a more perfect beach view. The fact that the unit doesn’t face directly West and bake in the afternoon sun means you can keep the shades open and enjoy comfortable beach views all day long. You can still see the sunset and also the curve of Siesta Key beach. The privacy is incredible! No windows facing other buildings directly. Our hosts wkeep this place in good order, clean abs comfortable! we found the beds comfortable (not a given with rentals!) check in and out we’re smooth. Thanks for a great stay…we hope to be back soon!

March Memories in Siesta Key!

Just returned from a wonderful two-week vacation at Crystal Sands in Siesta Key. The condo is lovely with fabulous view of the water/beach and incredible sunsets. Convenient location to walk to Captain Curt's Village and to catch the complimentary shuttles to SK Village. Had a couple of issues to discuss with Stephanie. She was most responsive. Sad to be back home to much cooler temps in PA!

Dick is originally from a small town in Pa. and Connie is from Westchester County, N.Y. We have 4 children, and 12 grandchildren, all living within 20 mins. of us in Duluth, Ga, a suburb of Atlanta. We have been in residential real estate for over 40 years in the Atlanta area. We love to travel both domestically and internationally. Dick has first cousins in Austria where both of his parents and sisters were born. We both love the water and the beach; especially this beach, with the beautiful crystal clear gulf waters and the soft white sand, which never gets hot!!!

Why they chose this property

After renting for 30 years we decided to start looking to buy...we looked on both the Atlantic and the Gulf, from Marco Island to St. Pete Beach, and always would return to Siesta Key for obvious reasons!
