Luxurious villa in St Jean area.
The best central location for your vacation in St. Barthelemy.

600m of the most famous hotel in st barth , eden rock hotel .you can walk until the beach of st jean .
near the best beachs in st barth near the airport ....
The house is new - Finished at the end of 2008. This villa is unique in decoration and equipment.
Something very important is the orientation of the house, you have sun under the swinmming pool from morning until the sunset , fantastic .You have an opening area with living room and kithchen ,open on the deck area .
You will love the stone swimming pool with solar heat (Best during the winter).

There is a loft and three king size beds, (6 people maximum)all with air conditioning , and 2 tv, with cable in each bedroom. The two bedrooms are furnished with modern teak furniture.

You have maid service each day (Except for the maids day off ).

The area is up on the hill and inside the vegetation; very quiet. On the back of the house there is a fruits garden with many tropical fruit.

Inside the house you will find modern equipment, Hi-Fi, video, flat screen ,total of 3TV WITH CABBLE AND CNN , home cinema ,Wi-Fi, phone , fax,mobil ipod station (boose) kitchen appliances WITH NESPRESSO EQUIPMENT.

A unique house in St Barth, where you can make fantastic memories.

This location: it's the perfect area in St Barthelemy. It is a very quiet area, very green and the best in st barth: st jean .Perfect if you like make exercice, footing or walking ,because is the unique flat area of st barth. Around 2 km of the airport .
