Recently installed is a brand new generator in the event the power goes out from a storm. Also pretty new is the air conditioning (split system) on the second floor with central a/c on the first floor. The spacious living room has comfortable furniture, custom built -ins, a baby grand piano to "tickle the ivories" and French doors leading into a bright four season sunroom with ample wicker furniture, a 60” flat screen TV and dining for 8. The sunroom door leads to a deck with additional dining for 3, and with stairs leading down into one of the fenced in yards for your dog. There is an additional deck off of the kitchen with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee under a pergola that is beautifully embellished with hanging and potted flowering plants. A few steps down and through the gate is a brick patio with a Weber gas grill and dining for 8. BONUS: Wash off the beach sand in the enclosed hot outdoor shower!

About the host
Hosted by Kinnet Ehring
My late husband and I purchased this home in November, 2013 as a second home to spend our summers. We loved that it has historical significance. Charles Gray was the blacksmith for the community at the time. Be on the lookout for old horseshoes as you stroll the grounds of the over 2 acres of property.
We love living in West Barnstable and at Old Exit 5, now 65, we are smack dab on the Mid Cape, closer to Boston and centrally located near Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis and beautiful Sandy Neck Beach in nearby East Sandwich, along with various restaurants, shops and art galleries.
Come explore the beauty of Cape Cod, one of America’s many treasures. We look forward to welcoming you to The Charles Gray House.
What makes this property unique
We have regular non toxic all organic yard treatments by Cape Cod Mosquito Authority.
