Very cozy 3 bedroom 1 bath home in a friendly neighborhood. Just walking distance from the snowmobile/ATV trails & downtown Calumet. Has all the bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and gas station with 1 mile! This home comes with a garage for either your side by sides or snowmobiles! Also has a sauna to relax in after a long day of hitting the trails! Plenty of parking for trailers and vehicles around the property. Only 15 minutes away from downtown Houghton & 30 minutes away from Mount Bohemia!

This place was great for our families needs! Would definitely book again! Only negative was the moths and mosquitoes that were in the house most likely from the window AC units but that comes with the territory! Thank you for opening your home to us!!
