The Villa is well-maintained and set in an impeccably landscaped French Quarters-style complex that includes a pool, six lighted tennis courts, and a deck and gazebo overlooking a four-acre fishing pond. Children of all ages are welcome. For golfers, the Shipyard Golf Club, featuring 27 championship holes, is minutes away. This island retreat really has it all.

The beautiful Shipyard Beach is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away.

***Beginning Monday, September 15th, resurfacing work will begin on the tennis courts. The entire project is expected to take approximately 4–6 weeks to complete.
During this time, we will make every effort to keep one or two courts open for use while work is underway. Please be sure to stay off the courts that are being resurfaced until they are opened for play.***
