About this property
Fantastic apartment first line VR-PN (Okeanos)
Ocean view apartments, with quality finishes, newly renovated, with two spacious bedrooms, living room, kitchen, pantry, two bathrooms, two large terraces. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay: WiFi, new appliances, hair dryer, iron, TV, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, touch cooker, dishes, linens and towels. Parking is located on the lower level of the complex, there is also an upper parking lot in front of the entrance to the complex. The complex has two pools - a children's and an adult. At 200 meters from the complex there is a shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants and shops, as well as a park with sports and children's playgrounds, bicycle paths. Sotavento is a calm and beautiful place. There are no noisy discos and tourist bustle. In the neighboring cities of El Medano and Los Abrigos, there are supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, beauty salons and playgrounds, a large selection of popular fish restaurants on the island, a market store selling fresh seafood and fish of various kinds. 10 minutes by car is one of the best local markets where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the garden, clean mountain water, meat, fish, cheese, honey, wine and many other products from local farmers. The bus station is in 250 m from the complex. You can take taxi from airport (TFS), it takes 10 minute for 15 euro to our apartment.
