Great amenities. Well stocked. Condo is basic, but we didn’t spend much time indoors.

Awesome experience

We loved St Croix and staying here, we had everything we needed. Melinda and property manager Jay were super helpful and always available to help. We snorkeled several times right near the property and saw tons of sea life!

Great stay

This property was very nice. It was was great looking out in the mornings and evenings and seeing the ocean. The pool area was nice as well. One thing I would recommend to the owners, maybe a couple more games. But that was a very small negative. I would definitely stay there again.

Hi thanks for the response. I believe there are games you can also borrow in the library located behind the manager’s office by the pool. Thanks for staying with us!

Fantastic getaway

Wonderful condo and location! Condo had all the necessities and everything in good working order! Melinda responded to questions quickly to make sure our stay was perfect. Condo very close to pool and ocean! Could not have been better. Thank you for a wonderful getaway from the cold and snow in West Virginia. We very much look forward to coming back and would definitely choose this condo again!

Wonderful holiday!

We absolutely loved our time here. The condo was spotless, and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. Turning the air off and leaving the sliders open to listen to the waves crashing nearby was soothing and memorable. We went to the farmers market where we met many lovely locals, and bought some fresh fruits and vegetables for a few meals. Snorkeling at Buck Island and at the beach in Fredricksted were highlights for us, as was dinner at the Galleon. Coming back to the condo each evening was calm and restful. We all would love more trips here in the future, and highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay

The owner did a great job of communicating with us both prior to and during the trip. The condo was spacious and had all the essentials. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as plenty of hand soap. There were plenty of spices in the kitchen, as well as dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc. The ocean view and hearing the waves from the balcony was simply amazing. Just be aware that the parking lot is not very close to the building.

Thanks for the great review Stephanie. Yes, it is a short walk to the Danish building. We are the building closest to the ocean in our condo association, so small trade off. Your family is welcomed back anytime. :-) Melinda

A great location for a getaway

We stayed here in November 2021, just two of us. We really enjoyed the condo - the location is great and secure. Being able to sit on the patio in the morning with our coffee, looking at the palm trees and hearing the waves made for a great start to every day. The owner and the on-site manager were very good to work with - responded promptly to our questions and small issues that we experienced were resolved immediately. The a/c and fans kept the place at a very comfortable temperature and was very easy to adjust. It was also far quieter than we have experienced in other properties. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, if our future travels bring us to St Croix.

Unbelievable ocean views, sounds and breezes.

Absolutely amazing location. Close to everything we needed yet far enough out away for peace and quiet. The Pelican Cove Condo campus is very well tended and has a delightful beach and pool. The Danish building we were in has the very best ocean views and breezes. The 2 bed 2 bath unit had plenty of sleeping and living space inside and a balcony space that we spent much of our morning and evening time on. Beach gear was available. Staples like toilet paper, hand soap, dish and washing machine soap were supplied. Cupboards did have an assortment of spices and can goods, but some were questionably aged.Property manager and owner were both easy to communicate with and very responsive to a couple issues. The beds and patio furniture were comfortable, but the living room really could use an upgrade to something that one could watch a ball game comfortably on. A super good scrubbing might be in order too. Basic cleaning was ok if you didn't look to close or into corners and trim. Despite those two things we would likely return just because the setting was so perfect.

Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate it as I am not on island 🏝️ and not able to inspect all the time. We just upgraded appliances and all furniture in 2nd bedroom and some of the living room will be next. Sofa bed/ couch 🛋️ is fairly new. Welcomed back anytime!

Wonderful Vacation

Condo is spacious and well stocked. The building is far from parking lot. This is noted in description, however if mobility is an issue, this will be a challenge. Unit is on the first floor, with 4-5 steps up to first level. Pool is lovely and grounds are nice, however pretty dry during our visit. The Beach is a few steps away, not swimmable (shallow with rocks and coral) and the beach is short (typical of island), so walking the beach at high tide is not possible. If visiting the Palms at Pelican Bay for dinner or cocktails (which is next store), best to use the path directly out from the unit and right of the pool. Beach chairs and umbrella and a small cooler were provided. Some snorkel gear and flippers were available, but we brought our own. Unit does not have a working Ice Maker, ice trays are available. Check your Cell phone provider before coming to Island. We are on Total Wireless and had NO Service, except on Wi-fi. We enjoyed our visit and recommend unit. Great place to come to home too at the end of the day.

Thanks for staying. As for the ice maker we are on an island and use a cistern part of the time which you can not drink the water from, therefore the ice maker is not hooked up. Glad you enjoyed your stay!

Wonderful condo, beautiful view, great location

This condo was perfect for the several days we spent on St. Croix. It was comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed cooking and grilling, playing games around the table in the evenings, and watching the palm trees and ocean from the patio. We had a great, relaxing afternoon at the pool. I would stay here again and recommend to any visitor to the island.
