Cabin was a great holiday getaway. It was minutes from Pigeon Forge and an easy 15 minute commute to Gatlinburg. The road is very narrow to the top but was very secluded.

Loved this pet friendly get away! Easy to get to and I loved it was at the end of the road with plenty of parking. Very roomy which is a plus when bringing dogs. And they provided plenty of towels.

We have been staying in cabins here for 20 years and I have to say this is one of the best. Housekeeping does excellent job and cabin was very cozy and well taken care of. I would definitely rent this again.

Property was located between Gatlinberg and Pigeon Forge with easy access to main road. Short drive to either destination. Property was perfect for two people but any more than that I think would be crowded. Very peaceful as opposed to a hotel.

This cabin is exactly as it’s described in the listing. The location, view, and cozy cabin vibes were all impressive. My husband and I (and our dog) stayed here for six nights and we were not ready to leave. It was clean and comfortable. Thanks for sharing your slice of Heaven with us!

Loved everything about the cabin. Beautiful view of the Smokey mountains and secluded with plenty of privacy. Loved the pool table! I won only 1 out of the 20+ games but it was still fun. We will be back again

We are delighted to hear this! Thank you so much for choosing us and for the kind review! Happy Anniversary!
We really enjoyed our stay. It rained the entire time we were there but that was fine! The location was near to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so wherever we wanted to go, we were convenient to either.
We loved being at the end of the road with peace, quiet and privacy. The only suggestions we had was to have a few additional items, like potholders, mr. clean or some spray to wipe the counters off. We plan to return!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Serenity. It was just the quiet retreat we were looking for. Located at the end of the driveway it was private and peaceful. The cabin was clean and the views were beautiful. Places we wanted to visit in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were easy to get. The rental company was easy to communicate with and the entire process was very easy. I also appreciate that we could bring our senior dog to enjoy the trip with us. The only bad part was having to leave to go back home.

This place had breathtaking views!! Nice cabin in the woods, but be aware, there are a lot of bumble bees around. I think there is a bees nest above the deck railing. Also, the two ceiling fans are going opposite directions. The bedroom fan is fine. However, the living room fan is set to winter.

We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the views and had a pleasant stay despite these issues! Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a better experience!
This cabin is absolutely wonderful! It feels remote yet close enough to attractions to still do all the cool things around without the long drive. The seclusion was exactly what we wanted and the open concept of the cabin was an absolute dream. My only complaint is the house was very dusty when we first got to the cabin and the vacuum provided wasn't very good so it made it hard to keep up with our allergies. Aside from that it was perfect. The most amazing view every morning MADE the whole trip

Two night stay
The property was clean. But, needed some repairs! There’s a tree on top of the roof, and when the wind blew it sounded as though the tree was about to come thru the roof. A couple of times the first night we were there, the tree actually shook the cabin because the wind was so crazy! The banister on the deck is loose & needs replacing before someone goes over the edge and gets hurt, or even a child possibly going thru the railing. And, the shower was leaking down onto the kitchen floor.

Beautiful Location and Cabin, but Horrendous Insect Problem
First off, the cabin was beautiful. The location gave a great view of the mountains. The road up top is difficult in icy weather, but we brought 4x4 car. The amenities were great. But it was very dusty when we arrived. All the floors and counters were covered in dead bugs. We have to sweep and clean everything before we could bring in our things from the car. I don't think anyone had been there since the last checkout clean. There was a sign in the cabin that said bugs sometimes get in. HOWEVER. It was an infestation. It's also stinkbugs, not just ladybugs. We had to go buy slippers because they are all over the floors. They crunched under the shoes. They kept getting into the bedsheets. They were in the cabinets, so we had to rewash everything before use every time. Every few hours we cleaned the counters and swept the floors twice a day. We couldn't watch TV because they were all over the screen. We ended leaving a day early because we couldn't deal anymore. The company should make it clear that this level of infestation is what we should expect in the listing, or they need to make the cabin more airtight or something, because it is not within a tolerable range.

And thank you for your kind review, we are glad you enjoyed the cabin's beauty and amenities. We hope to offer you a better experience in the future.
The view at this cabin was GORGEOUS! My husband and I spent hours on the porch enjoying the beautiful trees. We stayed at the cabin while the leaves were changing for Fall and it was breathtaking.
The cabin inside was a little outdated and could use a new tv, mattress, couch, coffee maker, etc. However, what was there did the job. The tub is AMAZING and legitimately the biggest tub I have ever seen. I brought some bath salt and candles to enjoy a relaxing bath and I was not disappointed. We think the cabin was PERFECT for a couples get away, but is likely too small for any more people than that although there was a sofa sleeper with sheets provided. I liked the size. It had a very romantic and cozy vibe.
The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed to cook and eat. Salt and pepper was not in the cabin when we arrived, but we bought some and left for future guests.
Check in was a little confusing (it may have just been for us and not always that way) and we booked through VRBO. However, the host, Tim, did get us checked in personally. The location was great and secluded which we loved. It was the last cabin on the street so there wasn’t any traffic on the road. It was about ten minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (we spent time at both during our trip).
The cabin is pet friendly and we brought our Shi Tzu and Malti Poo fur babies with us (we don’t travel without them). The cabin was clean and did not have a pet odor as some pet friendly locations do. The rug did have some dog hair on it upon arrival, but that wasn’t an issue for us.
Overall great experience and host. We would be happy to stay in this cozy cabin again.

The cabin was in a great central location less than 10 minutes from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
The views from the cabin were fantastic - I could spend all day on the balcony. Even the ladybugs were quaint.
