Personalized Welcome: We are a dedicated local family living nearby. We provide a warm, in-person welcome (9 AM - 7 PM). No lockbox here! A digital welcome guide will be sent via email/SMS upon booking with all house instructions and local tips.

Mandatory Service Fee (€250): To ensure a stress-free stay, this fee is mandatory and covers:

Full Linen Service: Fresh sheets for all beds, towels, and kitchen cloths.
