Amazing cottage

Great ski vacatiib

Great spot for a family getaway

Scandia was a great spot for our family getaway. It was nice and close to the mountain and it accommodated our family well for a two night visit. The sauna and hot tub were a nice added bonus. The property manager communicated well and there were no issues that came up.

The location was great! Clean and just as pictured. Kitchen was stocked! Sauna and hot tub were great! The only suggestion I would have is new comfier couches. Thanks for a great time away!

Great house for large group

We stayed for a hockey tournament and it was perfect. We made all our meals and had a great place to dry our equipment in the basement. Some if us enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. It is very close to a walking trailas well.

Good house for skiing

House is smaller than it appears, very comfortable and efficient. The sauna was great. Kitchen did not have a slow cooker. Lots of room to park! We had a great time at this property.

Great Base for a weekend away

My sons wedding was at nearby Georgian Hills Winery and this was a great base for the family and Groomsmen. Very central location whether you are visiting Collingwood/Blue Mountain Village or even The BeaverValley/Thornbury. Definitely will return for a weekend away, maybe during the winter because of the close proximity to the top of the Blue Mountain ski lifts. Just don't forget that if you park at the top, last call for the lifts is your last chance to get home. The Sauna is a great touch too.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. Our only complaint is that the landscaper arrived at 10:00 am Saturday morning with the riding mower to cut the lawn. It was very loud. Some of our group were still in sleeping. Others were trying to eat breakfast on the deck. Could it not have been booked when the house was not rented out?

This property is mostly very good. But. The photos show leather couches. These are in fact covered with gruesome covers and should be replaced! One wonders what’s underneath. Kitchen things are hit and miss. No sharp knives. A review of all would be a good idea.
