Summary:
Private pool, pond views, gardens, and a 10 minute drive to the beach! This home backs up to a nature preserve. Relax by the pool and tiki bar area watching TV or enjoying music.

Pool Heater: Our pool is open and maintained year round. The pool heater can reliably generate heat as long as the outside temperatures are above 50 degrees which will generally be from March to November, however in our area it is not unusual for us to have warm days at any time of year. Guest have access to the entire property except for the basement maintenance room and one owners closet.

Interaction with Guests:
We wont bother you during your stay but are always available. We do have vendors (pool maintenance, landscaping, etc) that may visit during daylight hours. We may need to come on property from time to time as well but would only be popping by outside or the basement storage area.

Great weekend staycation!

We had a lovely stay at the River Road Retreat. The home is well equipped with kitchen tools, pool accessories, toiletries and comfy beds. The use of the pool, hot tub, kayaks and large screened deck made for many great memories. Communication was fast and helpful with the hosts and the location was close to the beach and restaurants yet we felt like it was private and peaceful. We loved our stay here and are already discussing our return!

Federal Point was exactly what I needed for a getaway with my family. Beautiful setting and appointed house. Perfect for families bringing thier furry family member as well. The location is very close to beaches and beach activities. Highly recommend this place..

By far, the best Vrbo house experience I’ve ever had!!! I was so relieved the owner doesn’t make the tenants wash sheets, vacuum and basically do all the work you’re paying the cleaning company to do before you leave. Gorgeous house, very clean, easy to get into, loved the pool, owner responded very quickly to anything I asked. We had a great time. I hope we can rent this house again soon.

Great stay at the River Road Retreat. We only stayed 2 nights, but it was a great experience. House was very nice and well kept on both the outside and inside. Wish we could’ve experienced it for longer! Great location and close to various beaches in the area. Overall a really good time. Would stay there again for sure.

Fantastic House

We enjoyed the home. It was in a good location yet felt like we were isolated from the city. The house was pleasantly appealing from the kidney shaped pool with a fireplace to the screened-in front porch. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and the house was pet-friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone and would rent it again if I needed a place to stay.

Peace and quiet

We stayed at the property with our adult daughters and their spouses and our 2 year old grandaughter as well as our dog. We had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the large screened in patio overlooking the pond. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. There are 2 kayaks to use on the pond. My grandaughter loved the koi pond! We all loved the pool. nly 10 min to the beach. With the dog we could go before 9am and after 5 pm.
