This property is a comfortable, adorable, newly furnished guest home detached from the owners main property. The cozy 500 square foot 1 bed/1 bath house has its own private entrance, private deck, and beautiful mountain views. The house contains a full living room with wi-fi, basic cable and a smart TV, an adorable bedroom with a queen size bed and a smart TV, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is heating and air conditioning and a washer and dryer on site. You will have access to a BBQ on the private deck and parking in front of the unit. This guest home is located in the back of a private cul-de-sac less than 1/2 mile from the hospital and a short distance from the beautiful Rogue River and Applegate Valley. What a Gem!

Everything about this place is awesome! Clean, quiet, everything you need to cook meals. Krissy is a great host and very responsive to messages. I'd love to stay here again sometime.

The care and intention that was put into this space is so apparent. Most rental spaces provide all of the hand me down items that get replaced in the main residence. But this space had all new furnishings and supplies. The space was bright and comfortable and all of the textures (blankets, sheets, towels, rugs) were the softest! So cozy! The owners were easily accessible and so accommodating even going so far as to make sure the space was stocked with games when they found out I had a kiddo with me. We look forward to booking this space again on our next visit.

We are located on 1/2 acre less than 1/2 mile from the local hospital. This property is located in a safe cul-de-sac and perfect for traveling healthcare workers or individuals passing through for work/leisure/ adventure. All of the furniture was purchased new in 2021, so we offer a new, clean and comfy atmosphere for our guests.
