Bearfoot Lodge is a spacious 2,500 square feet 5 bedroom/4 bath cabin in a desirable area of the Smoky Mountains just 5 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge and a 12 mile scenic drive to historic Gatlinburg. No mountain roads required to get to this cleverly located resort with outdoor community pool access for our guests. Long covered porches with a private hot tub and separate game room make this a perfect retreat for families, friends, and couples. And did we mention the sunset mountain views?

This cabin was everything I needed for my families vacation and more. It's great for people of all ages. The true cabin feel was phenomenal but with all the modern necessities most are used to. The cabin was easily to get to and within a good distance to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The check in and check out process was simple and painless.

Tile broken throughout the cabin My son got cut on the third day from a broken tile at the top of the stairs. Multiple windows were non-operational. Dishwasher did not work efficiently The dishes in that were in it were dirty. Split air conditioning unit in the master bedroom did not work for 3 days she did get it fixed but we didn't use that bedroom for the first 3 days of our stay. I have stayed at a lot of verbo locations and was not impressed with this one.

We arrived to the cabin after nightfall. It was very easy to find. The cabin is on a slight grade, so please be cautious exiting your vehicle if you have accessiblity issues. The entrance to the front porch is right next to where you park and the front was well lit. We were able to find our rooms and settle in. The suite on the top floor is huge and the bed is comfortable. Two bedrooms on the main level share a bathroom and the two bedrooms below each have a bathroom. This was a great setup with 3 teens. The cabin is centrally located. We were able to get to all of our favorite spots within reasonable driving distance.The cabin was an ideal place to return after a long day out and about. The views from the back deck were beautiful.
