Conveniently located next to the Vail Run bus stop, our property was recently 'gut' renovated on the interior and a complete exterior renovation of the building was completed in the fall of 2018, including new siding, windows, doors and catwalks.
It offers the latest amenities in a modern mountain style, with close proximity to Vail Village. We're a 5 minute bus ride to the Village or a 15 minute walk to the Lionshead lifts via the pedestrian bridge.
Our 2BR/2BA condo sleeps 5 adults comfortably (2 queen beds, twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa). Unit is equipped with W/D, cable TV, wifi, gas fireplace, Sonos speakers and plenty of ski/clothing storage. Tastefully furnished to reflect a modern style consistent with its mountain setting. Our home is also family friendly with a crib, pack-n-play and a double BOB stroller available for guests.
The Vail Run bus stop is steps from our unit and offers 2-stop access (5 min) to Vail Village via the Lion's Ridge Loop or Sandstone bus routes.
Prefer to walk? We're a 15 minute walk to Lionshead Village via the I-70 pedestrian bridge.
There is ongoing construction in the pool and hot tub area as the Association completes some necessary improvements.
Parking Notice:
Due to construction staging in a section of the building’s surface parking lot, parking availability is limited during the 25-26 ski season. The unit includes one parking pass, but does not have a dedicated parking space during the construction. Guests are encouraged to utilize Vail's free bus system during their stay which can be accessed through the Vail Run bus stop across the street.
