This beautiful mountain view units located on the main floor of a 4-plex building, it has a private patio with full set of patio furniture and all kind of patio chairs.

Three Bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two Bedrooms have one king sized bed and work station with adjustable desk.
The Third Bed room was equipped with one Queen Bed and one Queen over queen bunk bed with memory foam mattresses. The unit can accommodate comfortably up to 10 people.

We have a security camera installed facing the entrance gate for keeping strangers away. Nothing else is inside the home.
You can smoke and relax on the patio but do not smoke inside the house.
Shower before using the hot tub. Add disinfection powder after each use of the hot tub.
No extra guest will be allowed to sleep over other than registered. 1. The hot tub is for private users only, please do not invite others to enjoy other than registered occupants; 2. Take a shower before jumping into the hot tub; 3. No more than 4 people allowed to use the hot tub at the same time 4. Please add one bag of sanitizer from the zip bag near the patio door after each use (very important) to keep the water safe for next users. No more no less please. 5. No glass containers for drinks when using the hot tub 6. No pee or spill allowed in the hot tub, the service guy can test the water and find it out, a big fine ($500) will be issued if the system needs to be drained or deep treated. 7. Do not play phone or recharging phone inside the hot tub. it is your sole responsibility. 8. Children use hop tub shall be supervised by adults and the adults will be fully responsible. 9. No children allowed to setup the murphy bed 10. No extra guests allowed to sleep at the unit other than registered through reservation; 11. Ski and Snow Board are NOT allowed inside the unit. Wax are prohibited inside the Home; you could be charged up to $500 if you do so 12. If neighbor guests make noise, please dial 911 directly as per local law. we are not responsible to control the neighborhood as this is a tourism town.

We had a great time in Canmore for the weekend! The property was clean, had easy access parking, high end bathrooms, and the kitchen had everything we could want. Loved the hot tub!

Dear Guests, We are professional engineers, we do like to work for public and also like mountains and rivers and we have spent lots of weekends hiking around Banff and Canmore area. In 2019, one idea came to us: "why do not we purchase few hotel condos for our weekends and host some quality guests during vacant periods?" We made it.
We are willing to host friendly and respectful guests who are seeking for wonderful and memorable holidays in Banff and Canmore area. We will do my best to make every guest stay comfortable as home.
We would request all the guests not to ware outdoor shoes inside the unit and not bring outdoor sporting equipment inside as well such as snowboards, snowshoes, skis and so on.
Most importantly, this unit is PET FREE unit, we expect the guests follow this extremely important rule as some of the guests are allergic to pets and they booked this unit specifically due to the pet free policy. Let's work together and create a friendly environment for everyone and not to hurt others.
Party is encouraged, why not, eh? but please do not bring foods and drinks to the bedrooms. Looking forward to hosting you!
