Nettes Haus

Es sind ca 15 Minuten bis zum Strand. Einkaufensladen in der nächsten Stadt. Alles mit dem Auto innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Wohnen in gajana

Sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett. Die Terrasse war sehr schön und die Kinder haben sich über die Schaukel gefreut. Ein Spielplatz für Kinder ist 50 Meter weit weg.

Vakantiewoning vodnjan

Ruime en goed ingerichte vakantiewoning, schone en zeer nette woning. eigenaren wonen op hetzelfde terrein en zijn zeer behulpzaam bij vragen. Ligging in rustige buurt. Wel eigen vervoer nodig wanneer men de omgeving wil verkennen.

Klein aber fein und sehr gemütlich

Wir verbrachten schöne zehn Tage dort. Das Häuschen ist sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und entspricht zu 100 % den Fotos. Es war absolut alles da, was man braucht. Der Loungebereich vorm Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Insgesamt ruhige Lage, Fahrtzeit zu den diversen Stränden beträgt maximal zehn Minuten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war mehr als top!! Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen.

prima Unterkunft, nette Vermieter und perfekte Abwicklung

supernette Vermieter, Wohnung in bestem Zustand (fast neu), sogar Geschirrspüler vorhanden, Sat TV (auch deutsch), Klimaanlage in Küche / Wohnbereich vorhanden, schöne Sitzgruppe im Aussenbereich, Schaukel für Kinder, Stellplatz für PKW. Strände in Fazana und Barbariga nicht weit entfernt, ebenso Rovijn und Pula schnell erreichbar. In Gajana direkt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, in Vodjnan 2 Supermärkte aber schnell erreichbar. Etwas nervig waren die Stechmücken und Fliegen, die uns während unseres Besuchs doch das Sitzen im Aussenbereich vermiest haben. alles in allem eine schöne Gegend, prima Vermieter und schöne Wohnung. Für 4 Personen mit Hund ausreichend groß Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-) über Novasol praktisch perfekte Abwicklung - keine Kautionszahlung nötig, selbst kleinere Schäden werden von Novasol im Notfall übernommen das ist für den Mieter aber auch Vermieter ein guter Service und man kann entspannt den Urlaub geniessen....
