“Just Peachy” offers picturesque vistas abound from this comfortable four bedroom, three-bath beach house featuring unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and over 50 feet of waterfront on world renowned Oyster Lake. Located just steps away from the stunning white sand beaches and dunes of the Gulf of Mexico, this coastal home has a private pool (heated for an additional fee) at the back of the home and a wraparound covered porch on the East side of the home facing Oyster Lake. You get the best of all nature has to offer on the western end of 30A.

DETAILS:
The main level of this home features an open, oversized living space with large flat screen TV and ample room to relax after a day spent at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops and adjacent to the dining area that seats 12. Also located on the main floor is a guest bedroom with Queen bed and bath adjacent to the kitchen. The Great Room features a queen Sleeper Sofa, The first level porch offers view of Oyster Lake– a great location to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise.

The master suite is located on the second floor. Enjoy panoramic views of Oyster Lake and the Gulf of Mexico from the master suite featuring King sized bed, walk in closet and large bathroom featuring a large glass enclosed shower and double vanities. Also located on the second floor is guest room with queen sized bed and private bathroom and entrance to the bunk room with 2 sets of queen over queen bunks, and flat screen TV. The bunk room is perfect for kids!

The third level provides an open deck with 180-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and a magnificent spot to catch the stunning sunrises and sunsets. The private pool is perfect to enjoy fun filled days with family and friends and great to relax after a day at the beach. Words cannot possibly capture the majestic beauty of this world-class home.

Our stay at “Just Peachy” was great. We had a group of 7, and the house was just the right size. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations in a very spacious and open house. The pool was considerably smaller than the pictures make it out to be, but it was still sufficient for hanging out with the family. The proximity to the beach was perfect!

Lake Front and Amazing Views of the Ocean

We brought our adult kids and spouses for a great week at this property. Fishing off the dock, walking to the beach and bikes available for everyone. The pool was amazing to jump in after a great day at the beach.

Awesome stay

Me and my family loved it only booked it for two days but ended up adding another day . Literally a 5 min walk to beach and house is beautiful within itself with a beautiful view of ocean . We all enjoyed the pool after beach . We made awesome memories here ty for the stay . Will definitely be back !

Spring Break Vacation

We have stayed on 30A many times, Just Peachy definitely met our expectations for location! Just a quick walk away from the beach, shopping, and dinning. The pool was clean and a great addition to escape the afternoon heat. My only suggestion would be more floor plan photos. Bed location was a tad confusing until you saw it in person. Other than that we would definitely stay here again and had a great week.

It’s Just Peachy

Absolutely perfect property to rent for your Santa Rosa Beach stay. Plenty of room, quiet, private road, and a quick 5 min bike ride to the beach. Pool was a good size for our group. We had a last minute decision to get the heated pool turned on. Andy had someone on site within 45 minutes to turn on the heated pool for us. property manager was great very attentive and described the property perfectly. The private dock was also a big plus, great for early morning fishing. Will definitely be staying here next year.

Just Peachy is Perfect!

Just Peachy was amazing. We loved everything about it. The views of the lake are beautiful. The third story balcony was so nice with the view of the ocean. The house came with bikes for morning rides around the neighborhood. The house was clean and had enough seating for our big family. The location is great, its close to the beach access and many shops nearby. We would definitely consider booking this Vrbo home again in the future. Thank you Andy for providing your home for us on our vacation. We made memories to last a lifetime!
