Great House & So Close to the Beach!

I was lucky to find Kim's property after I found my first rental in Vero Beach sub par. The home had everything I needed and then some. Kim is so pleasant and easy to work with, The kitchen had everything I needed. The decor is charming and comfortable. I will be renting this home again, truly loved my stay.

Slice of paradise

The property on Turtle Cove was a total pleasure! The owner Kim Schmehling was always available and responded to all my request immediately. The property was beautiful and clean, plenty of room and you can walk to the beach. The neighborhood was clean and quite, the neighbors were very nice. I would highly recommend this property it’s a gem! We had a very memorable 2 month stay, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank You Kim Schmehling for allowing us to enjoy a slice of paradise!!!

Great find!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The duplex was very clean, with attractive, up to date furnishings. One short block to access the wide, beautiful beach! Easy walk to a few restaurants and short drive to shopping and more restaurants.. Kim responded quickly to any requests, questions or suggestions of what to see and do!
