Booking only from Saturday to Saturday during the winter season!

Apartment in ARC 2000, completely renovated in 2022, facing south with splendid views of the Arc 2000 ski area. Located 5 minutes walk from the centre of the resort and at the foot of the slopes with a ski lift to reach the ski area. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 8 to 10 people. Ideal for families or groups of friends.

The accommodation
Apartment of 56m2 located in residence LE VARET in Arc 2000 composed of:

- 1 modular bedroom with a double bunk bed of 120/190 and a trundle bed that can be installed as 2 single bed 80/190 or a double bed 160/190, wardrobe and television
- 1 bedroom double bed 140/200, shower room and wardrobe
- 1 bedroom double bed 140/200 with cupboard
- 1 bathroom bath, washbasin, washing machine, dryer and toilet
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 corridor with ski racks and boots and large storage cupboard.
- 1 large room with equipped kitchen, china cabinets and dining tables for 8/10 people.
- 1 living room, TV with convertible corner sofa (chaise longue).

The accommodation is fully soundproofed (perimeter walls and ceiling)PGJyPg�PGJyPgBed linen and towels do not are not included in the rental. We can rent this service to you (on request).
Other remarks
Bed linen and towels can be rented and installed on arrival on request directly to the host.

Deposit of 1200€ (check or cash) to be paid at the time of the inventory of fixtures at the entrance, and returned at the end of the rental after a favourable exit inventory.

Le logement de Laurent est spacieux, très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel, tout est là pour passer un excellent séjour. Il est par ailleurs vraiment tout proche du centre de la station. Et Laurent est un hôte attentionné et réactif avec qui la communication est excellente. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour de prochaines vacances aux Arcs !
