Ride right from the property to NH's amazing Ride the Wilds trail system featuring over 1000 miles of trails! Minutes from the famous Jericho park!
Stay in this updated home in the East Side of Berlin, NH with a great view of Mt Forest!
Free to use Level 2 Tesla J1772 EV Charger, this is the universal plug not Tesla specific.
The space
This Remodeled home has Mini-Split A/C units on the main level for your comfort. Features a large bathroom with a double sink vanity. Kitchen offers everything you need to cook with an open floor plan to the living room separated by a large island.
Other things to note
Bedroom #2 does not have a door and you need to walk through it to access Bedroom #3.
Driveway is narrow but can fit 2 trucks. Street parking is easier if you are towing a trailer.
We have Ring cameras that cover both parking in the driveway or in front of the house for your protection and ours. Ring doorbells can also be used to contact us in an emergency. These devices record on motion or if the button is pressed.
If possible keep the windows closed, while we do have the property sprayed for bugs and a bug zapper behind the house, bugs such as black flies and mosquitos can & will get in.
