Wonderful and luxury villa with private pool in Linardici, Island Krk, Croatia for 8 persons and magnificent, unobstructed view of the sea. The villa is situated close to restaurants and bars and at 2 km from the beach.The brand new, tastefully furnished villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread over 3 levels.Fully equipped, air-conditioned, ideal for a family or group of friends. Free WiFi. Pets are welcome.The pool is open 15.04.-15.10.

Linardici
Linardici is a place situated in the western part of the island, in the interior, only 2 km above the bays of Vela and Mala Jana.
The village was established in the 15th century when Prince Frankopan settled that part of the island. Today in Linardici live about 138 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture, olive growing, and more recently tourism.

Tourism in Linardici
As the tourism is a branch of recent origin, Linardici doesn't have hotels or camps on it's disposal, but has available private accommodation, apartments and rooms in private houses and villas with swimming pool, which are on disposal in summer and winter months.
Apartments mostly have a beautiful view and the channel between the island of Krk and Cres. The beaches are mostly pebbled and rocky surrounded by greenery.
In Linardici and surrounding places are also restaurants with excellent local food.
Near Linardici is a place Glavotok where you can visit the Franciscan Monastery and the protected forest reserve but also church of St. Krsevan near Milohnici.
The ferry port Valbiska, which connects the island of Krk with islands of Cres and Rab is 3 km away from Linardici so, for those who spend vacation here, day trips to neighbouring islands are unavoidable.
For all those who are looking the vacation in a quiet environment, Linardici is the ideal destination, especially for families with children.

Beaches

Vela Jana

Various coves invite you to swim. Among other things, there is a beautiful lake cave. Vela Jana is deeply carved bays with a small harbor and promenade. The bay south of it is called Mala Jana. The road from the villages of Linardići and Brzac is somewhat narrow and steep therefore not suitable for trailers.

Simply perfect

The house was even better than expected. We have lived in various rental houses before but can truely say that this was the best. Wonderfull neighbourhood and a very spacious new and clean house. Can only recommend it!

Great stay!

This is a highly recommended house from a highly recommended owner. The house is perfectly located on a hill overlooking the sea and islands. You only have one neighbor so everything is calm and relatively private. The house is beautiful, with lots of comfort. The service company is super helpful and supports you 24/7. many thanks for this great house!

Wonderful Villa, perfect service, mosquitos are a problem

The House ist beautiful and it has a perfect fit for 8 people. The shape of the terrace ist really good for sunbathing and for using the pool. Whenever we had a question or a problem to solve the communication was very fast and solution-focused even on the weekends. The only problem were the mosquitos which made a breakfast or dinner outside impossible. It took them seconds to bite and sucking blood we had no chance, nothing worked, no citronella no Autan. During the heat at noon or afternoon they weren't there. So we coudn't sit outside and enjoy this wonderful Villa like we would have liked.

We could find all the things you need during our stay, from vegetable oil for cooking over a hairdryer to grill lighters. Enough space for big groups with all the different seating areas outdoor and the cozy living room. The view from the upper rooms is stunning, especially during thunderstorms coming from the west over the island of Cres. On the other hand there is no supermarket and the restaurant in Linardici was closed as well.

Glorious residence!

Smuk smuk udsigt Gode store værelser Flotte møbler Lidt lille pool til så mange mennesker og prisen. vi var 4 voksne og 4 børn. Det gik men pool kunne godt være lidt større nu hvor der er plads på grunden/ terrassen- men den matchede billeder, så blot os som ikke har kigget nok. Pæne badeværelser, 1 til hvert soveværelse på nær i kælder, super tjekket. God vaskemaskine i kælder og opvaskemaskine i køkken. Dejlig lille strand/bugt i nærheden, og et fint mindre supermarked, men ellers ikke andet at komme efter i nærheden. 15 min kørsel fra større indkøbsområde.

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub

Ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles so wie beschrieben . Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse . Der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit mit dem PKW. Einen kleinen Einkaufsladen gibt es in der Nähe und auch Restaurants . Wir können alles uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir hatten zehn sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Cavallo. Tomislav und seine Kolleginnen und Kollegen waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben bei Problemen schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Danke an das Team! Das Haus ist großzügig Gebaut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Der einzige echte Makel war eine die Poolheizung die immer wieder ausgefallen ist (Tomislav hat jedes mal schnell reagiert und einen Techniker kommen lassen!) wodurch die Pool-Nutzung leider stark eingeschränkt war. Die Lage der Villa ist hervorragend - es gibt in Fußreichweite ein nettes Lokal mit einer sehr liebenswürdigen Besitzerin und einen kleinen Markt im nächsten Örtchen der alles nötige vorrätig hat. Außerdem gibt es auf einer Seite keinen Nachbarn wordurch man vom Balkon der oberen Schlafzimmer einen klasse Ausblick über die Insel hat! Einen Hinweis für andere Reisewillige: Wir hatten drei Handtellergroße (sowas hatten wir noch nie gesehen!) Spinnen im Haus und eine davon hatte auf dem kompletten Körper Nachwuchs hängen der sich im Zimmer verteilte. Selbst ohne Spinnenphobie waren diese Monster eine heftige Überwindung aber wer hier empfindlich ist sollte die Zimmern absuchen lassen bevor er seine Sachen auspackt. Als krönenden Abschluss fanden wir im Gepäck zu Hause auch noch eine weite Spinne! Unbedingt vor der Abreise absuchen! Es gibt übrigens fast an keinem Fester Insektengitter - ich empfehle also aufzupassen. Als Fazit kann ich nur sagen: Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Villa definitiv weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmal an das Team Tomislav für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation.
